How do I change my email address/full name/date of birth/country?
Visit Account Settings to change your email address, birthday, full name, and country or region of residence associated with your account. You can also change your password on this page.
How do I change my username?
Sorry, you cannot change your username. If you would like to change your name or email address, you can do so under Account Settings.
How do I select my preferred language?
To set your preferred language for the LabXchange platform, including menus, buttons, and other navigational tools, you can select one of 11 languages in addition to English, from the drop-down menu found at the top right. LabXchange is now available in twelve languages: English, Arabic, Chinese (Simplified), Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, Latin American Spanish, and Turkish. How do I link or unlink my account to a social media account?

How can I delete my account?
Visit Account Settings to delete your LabXchange account. Please note that deleting your account and personal data is permanent and cannot be undone. EdX and LabXchange will not be able to recover your account or the data that is deleted.
If you would also like to delete your edX account, please visit edX.org. Please note, however, that if you delete your edX account before deleting your LabXchange account, you will not be able to log into LabXchange to delete your account. We recommend that you first delete your LabXchange account, and then your edX account.
Can I restore my deleted account?
Deleting your account and personal data is permanent. It cannot be undone. EdX and Labxchange will not be able to recover your account or the data that is deleted.
