When you create an account with LabXchange, an activation email will be used to verify your email address.
If you created your LabXchange account with an email address and password you will receive an email titled "Activate your LabXchange account" from the email address no-reply@labxchange.org.
If you created an edX account in order to use LabXchange you will receive an email titled "Action Required: Activate your edX account" from the email address no-reply@registration.edx.org.
If you cannot find your activation email, here are some possible solutions:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder. Sometimes these emails are caught by spam filters.
- Confirm that you registered with the correct email address. For example, your browser may have auto-completed your office email address rather than your personal address.
- Try to register again. Your first attempt may have failed for a number of reasons such as a network error or a typo in your email address.
- Check if your email provider blocks these emails. If your email server is managed by an IT department, send them a link to Guidance for Network Administrators.
